Senior Chaplain Jesse Barrett Welcome to Soundbox Life Coaching! My name is Jesse Barrett, I am a Certified Biblical Life Coach, Pastor, and an Ordained Chaplain. He not only built a soundbox but wrote his soundbox a couple thousand years ago in a book called the Bible. There is no surprise that it continues to resonate in hearts today! My love for coaching and guitars inspired me to name my new Life Coaching Business as "Soundbox." A soundbox on a guitar is the body of the guitar. The hollow body intensifies the sound through the sounding board and adds richness to the music being played. Once we know what resonates in your life, we will build a strategy to AMPLIFY that sound and use it to reach your hopes and dreams. I spend a lot of my time in the local jails in our area working with adults who are struggling with addictions. Many hours have been spent doing pastoral counselling and coaching inside the walls of those buildings. It brings me so much joy to see a life turned around and back on track. My wife and I have been happily married for 15 years, we have two wonderful children, and we value a relationship with God who is the center of our life and ministry. We ministered together at a residential style group home as full time house parents, near Philadelphia, for 4 years. All of these experiences have helped me to understand and have compassion for, those who feel stuck in life dealing with the difficulty and complexity of: a broken family, deflated personal dreams, and unfulfilled personal goals.
